I think most people communicate don’t communicate from conviction. I think many haven't taken the time to figure out what they stand up for, so they default to safe, hollow language that sounds like everyone else. The world also needs more amateurs. People who do things from genuine curiosity, and work on projects they like despite the fear or uncertainty. They bring enthusiasm and energy and this is what makes it easier for communication to land and build trust. I also quit most social media in 2022 because I wanted to be more intentional. I believe my attention was worth more. There's a healthier relationship with technology waiting to be built, and that conviction still drives everything I do.
